5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the energetic nature of crystals and for hygiene reasons with certain items (e.g. jewellery), we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds may be issued for damaged or incorrect items, provided we are contacted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

7. Showroom Appointments

Our physical showroom in Nelson (2765), NSW is open by appointment only. All visits must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to modify our visiting policies at any time.

8. Wholesale Terms

Access to our wholesale warehouse and pricing is subject to verification. Approved wholesale clients must meet minimum order requirements. Separate wholesale terms may apply and will be provided upon account approval.
