We take great care in describing and photographing our products. However, due to the unique nature of crystals and minerals, there may be slight variations in color, shape, or size. All items are sold “as is,” and measurements are approximate.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time. Wholesale items do not include GST, that will be added at check out.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed securely through our website. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and third-party payment gateways. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Wholesale items may be additionally charged after check out.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and internationally (where permitted). Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and tracking details are provided at checkout. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes. Wholesale delivery may be additionally charged after check out.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the energetic nature of crystals and for hygiene reasons with certain items (e.g. jewellery), we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds may be issued for damaged or incorrect items, provided we are contacted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

7. Showroom & Warehouse Appointments

Our home base showroom and wholesale warehouse, located in Nelson, Sydney Hill Shire are open by appointment only. All visits must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to modify our visiting policies at any time.

8. Wholesale Terms

Access to our wholesale warehouse and pricing is subject to verification. Approved wholesale clients must meet minimum order requirements. Separate wholesale terms may apply and will be provided upon account approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of Crystal Empire Australia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

10. Privacy Policy
